I am an independent contractor for Vener Net and I am in no way employed by Vener Net and as such, I am responsible for declaring my own income.

I may recruit other account executives (affiliates) to sign-up under me but I will not receive any setup fees or commissions from any of the account executives until I have made a sale (or if I purchase for myself) a virtual server. I will continue to receive monthly commissions as long as I keep at least one sale (or if I purchase for myself) of a virtual server at all times.

Once I have made a sale the customer becomes a customer of VenerNet and I will receive the full monthly residual commission for as long as the customer remains a customer of VenerNet.

Affiliate Payment Structure: After the first sale (or if I purchase for myself) of a virtual server I will receive 100% of the one-time setup fee and 25% monthly residual commissions from the monthly server fee for all virtual servers I sell or purchase. I will not receive any commissions on add-ons (e.g. real video, chat rooms, etc)

Sub-Affiliate Payment Structure: I will receive 100% of the onetime setup fee and 25% monthly residual commissions from the monthly server fee for the first sale that all account executives that I sign-up under me sell and 20% of the monthly residual commissions thereafter.

Residual monthly commissions and setup fees cannot be sold, transferred or assigned.

I will keep all manuals, techniques, trade secrets and methods of operation of VenerNet confidential and will not divulge such information to any person or entity except for the account executives I sign-up and I will only use this information in the normal course of business.
