Web Traffic Policy:
We Offer Unlimited Hits/Web Page Traffic to most websites. Sites that do not qualify for unlimited hits/web page traffic are:

  • Any site having cgi programs, graphics or banners on their site being run or accessed for other domains.
  • Any site with download archives including but not limited to: .ra, .zip, .GZ, .tar, .exe, .wav etc.
  • Any site with galleries or graphic archives.
  • Any site using more then 25% of a systems resources.
  • Any site that does not qualify for unlimited hits/web page traffic and exceeds three gigs of transfer will be notified and the normal data transfer costs of $3 per 100 megs will apply.

    Hosting Policies
    The following policies are in effect for our clients. All new and existing clients must agree and adhere to the policies indicated below. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation. VenerNet reserves the right to remove any account with 10 days prior notice. VenerNet will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of any of the above policies and conditions. By purchasing a server you agree to all of the above terms and conditions and agree to indemnify and hold VenerNet harmless from any claim or claims resulting from the use of your VenerNet server.

  • No pornographic or adult oriented materials or links to such materials.

  • No pirated software or links to such materials.

  • No hacker programs or links to such materials.
  • No warez sites or links to such materials.
  • No content that may be considered prejudicial or abrasive to an individuals Race, Creed or Color.
  • No business of any illegal nature may be transacted.
  • We do not allow customers to install their own chat rooms, if you require one, we will install one for you at a nominal rate (see Add-on Options).
  • We do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be installed.
  • We do not allow spamming or unsolicited email to be sent from A VenerNet server or to be sent referring to any domain name or email address maintained on a VenerNet server
  • We do not allow email lists or bulk email software to be sold on a VenerNet server.
  • We do not allow MP3 files on VenerNet servers.
  • Any background running programs must first be approved by our staff and may incur additional charges depending on the amount of system resources they use (If more than 25% of the CPU is used).
  • Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a VenerNet server or customer of VenerNet is strictly prohibited.
